DMCA Copyright Notice
YesMILF.com respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. This page outlines our policy for handling copyright infringement claims.
1. Our Role
YesMILF.com is a video indexing and embedding platform. We do not host, upload, or store any video files on our own servers. All videos displayed on our site are embedded from third‑party providers. As such, our site operates as an online service provider under the safe harbour provisions of the DMCA.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorised agent) and believe that any content embedded or displayed on YesMILF.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)).
Your notification must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the site (e.g., the URL of the page where the video is displayed).
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter‑Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter‑notice with us. Your counter‑notice must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located if outside the US).
Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, YesMILF.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access to users who are repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid takedown notices regarding content submitted by the same source, we reserve the right to permanently block that source.
5. False Claims
Please be aware that filing a false DMCA takedown notice can have serious legal consequences. If you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
